The Observatory
The Observatory turns an agent system into one coherent field. It connects the
objective, agents, handoffs, actions, verification, outcomes, and authority so
you can see whether the system is accomplishing what it was asked to do.
Every reading is tied to runtime evidence. Where the instrument cannot yet see,
it shows unknown rather than inventing certainty. A completed action remains
different from a verified outcome and from an operator judging the result useful.
The Gate is the field's control boundary. It decides whether consequential work
may act, must escalate, or should abstain under the authority actually granted.
